The R-41 Starchaser has decent specifications for a Clone Wars-era design.

Though it was produced in respectable numbers, owing mainly to the shear demand for starfighters during the Clone Wars, nobody hears much about the Starchaser in discussions of the Galaxy's greatest snubfighters. Though a match for the Headhunter on flimsiplast, the Starchaser had a number of shortcomings that kept it from achieving the renown of its biggest rival. DESCRIPTIONThe R-41 Starchaser is a multi-role starfighter that was produced by Hoersch-Kessel Drive Incorporated as a competitor to the Z-95 Headhunter, a versatile combat craft developed jointly by the Incom and Subpro corporations.
